    ….

    • Officers were less likely to erroneously shoot unarmed black suspects than they were unarmed whites — 25 times less likely, in fact
    • And officers hesitated significantly longer before shooting armed suspects who were black, compared to armed subjects who were white or Hispanic

“In sum,” writes Dr. Lois James, a research assistant professor with the university’s Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology who headed the study, “this research found that participants displayed significant bias favoring Black suspects” in their shooting decisions. …

Would be interesting if they broke the stats down by the race of the police officer.

It's a bummer you have to pay for the actual report, but I do feel this piece is well researched, and written.

 The battle of my research methods are better than yours. There's no reason to trust the bias of their methods anymore than they taut the bias of the methods in other experiments to not be trusted. This is almost hilarious.

Then address some of the points you feel are wrong. I know you're weak on rebuttal, today, but give it your best.

I didn't perform the study. Why would I be addressing wrong points? I know you're weak in understanding statistics and scientific methods. But it's kinda like professional testimony. You can pay to get any study and statistics to confirm or refute anything else you wish.

It can't duplicate what takes place in the field and thus really serves no purpose other than to be the Charles Barkley of scientific studies for ya.

Wonder who paid for this "study"?

Yup. You can also use that as an excuse to sit on the sidelines and gripe.

So then why address it at all ? "It's wrong, so wrong, that if you don't know how wrong it is, it would be wrong of me to tell you".

You really are the most puffed up stiff necked baptist I have ever talked to.

I guess you took the Crabtownboy reading with attention to detail and motivational research class.

Who is sitting on the sidelines? I'm calling it just as I see it. No griping here.

I didn't address it. You're the one who asked me to address it. I didn't.

    Okay.

    Yep.
