There is also a report that someone from TN is heading to NY to kill more cops.

Also NYC cops turned their back to Mayor Deblasio as he walked in a room they were in. They blame him as much as anyone.

These things will not garner sympathy from anyone and only makes the black community look bad.

You know when people presume you to have declared war on them, it should be of no surprise that they declare war back.

I'm not saying that killing anyone is right. But this was so predictable. And the more you get the Sean Hannitys and Rush Limbaughs and members of the conservative media declaring it to be okay to kill unarmed black men, and lauding the cops while vilifying the dead folks and their families, the more things are gonna continue to amp up.

The more you continue to get a lot of white people to excuse every killing of unarmed Blacks by the police as though they are beyond criticism, the more, unfortunately this burgeoning "war" will continue.

And unlike some folks on here who routinely express that the dead black person got what they deserved, you will see a cross culture of people who think the police have been wrong expressing their condolences and condemning these killings of these officers.

I'm sure he'll get over it. His reality says he has a black son who could be gunned down by the cops. They can turn their backs all they want.

And for folks yall claim like to place blame on everyone else, some of you certainly don't have a problem with the police accepting blame for anything.

I don't think anyone is trying to garner sympathy. They have already said that it's clear that a lot of white people don't care because it's not people who look like white people being killed.

"These idiots are going to start a war with a nation of militarized cops."

    It was started years ago.

Presuming is the same as assuming, and you know what they say about that. Problem is, this time it's going to start a war that will devolve into a race war. The part you don't get is the people starting this war are going up against America's private military, and will eventually involve the National Guard. It will also cause the loss of all major support. There is a reason MLK was very much against violence as a way to bring about change. When your protest is, "we are against unnecessary killings so we are going to commit murder," even the hipsters laying in the road over by Lennox are going to get up and go home. While not a hipster, I am a perfect example. The cops are out of control and militarized and need to be reigned in and brought back to being PEACE OFFICERS as they were designed to be... unless they are getting ambushed then all bets are off and I hope they bring the pain.

You, and others, are parading two criminals out in front of the world as your messiahs. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. You want people to feel sorry for those killed by cops? Don't parade in front of people 2 guys who attacked cops, one of whom went for the cops gun. Protestors have Tamir Rice that most of the rational world would rally around. At one point I was planning on hitting the streets if the cops who shot him was not charged and tried. Instead, I am staying home regardless because now the idiots are killing cops in the name of two criminals who fought the cops. Again, STUPID!

There's already been a race war ongoing. That's what folks are protesting about. It didn't just start because somebody killed and shot police officers.

Oh I get that and I'm sure Blacks do too. But that's nothing new. The National Guard has often been used to kill black protestors.

The people who support Civil Rights will continue to support this Civil Rights movement because they aren't advocating anyone kill cops.

I'm not sure what major support you're talking about though.

Not everybody during MLK Jrs time responded non-violently. That didn't slow the support of that movement anymore than the violent protests of the some will slow the support of this movement.

You can save your stupids as there is nothing about me that's stupid. My Messiah sits on His throne in heaven.

Two people lost their lives and due process was bypassed. I'm sorry they don't meet your definition of someone whose life should have been valued.

I'm not parading anyone. The two of which you speak are just part of the tapestry. And I'm sorry their lives didn't meet your approval that they should become focal points for people's outrage over the larger issue.

People said the same thing about Rosa parks and Claudette Colvin. My apologies that the black community and those concerned about these atrocities couldn't coordinate to arrange the killing of a more innocent, more respectable Tamir Rice to precede that of Mike Brown or Eric Garner.

    That's your right.
