    I never worked for the Federal Government but I worked for a company that operated a large facility for the Federal Government. I am convinced that the people who make it to the upper echelons of the Federal bureaucracy have an unusual ability to give an acceptable answer to the question: Have you stopped beating your wife yet?

    Watch the current Director of the IRS before Congressional hearings and you will see what I mean!
