That would be a reasonable legal question for Moore to bring before the court. Much more reasonable than telling lower court judges to ignore rulings coming from other courts.

Haven't said anything of the like. It is legal to peacefully protest. If Moore wanted to lead a peaceful protest at the Lincoln Memorial, he is welcome to have at it.
Had Washington been afforded the same such opportunity, perhaps rebellion could have been avoided.

Peaceful protests are one thing - but how many riots were there in the South.....
Not necessary comparing the two - other than to say that instead of protest marches - why didn't Martin King just - well as in your words There is a whole system of law in place to address the grievances (post #9 ). King simply could have went to court to change the laws.
