Gavin McInnes, Fox News Guest, Says Women Are 'Less Ambitious' And 'Happier At Home'

A Fox News guest declared that the gender pay gap exists because women are "less ambitious" than men and that most would be happier staying at home with children.

Gavin McInnes, a writer and former co-founder of Vice Media, made the inflammatory comments Thursday evening while on "Hannity" along with attorney and Fox News analyst Tamara Holder.

"Women do earn less in American because they choose to," he said. "They would rather go to their daughter's piano recital than stay all night at work, working on a proposal, so they end up earning less. They're less ambitious."

    "What?" replied an incredulous Holder.

"This is sort of God's way -- this is nature's way -- of saying women should be at home with the kids," he said. "They're happier there."

Holder called the comments deplorable, but that didn't stop McInnes from pressing on.

"If you were a real feminist you would support housewives and see them as the heroes and women who work wasting their time," he told her.

    Sounds about right.

(And I imagine Tamara Holder's head exploded upon hearing that)

Zaac, when your kids were little did your wife want to stay home with them or did she want to work outside the home?

 It's crazy CTB. And they couldn't possibly think that any of these groups are gonna flock to their Presidential candidate come November 2016.

You don't "work" for the vote.

You state your standards and those who agree will come on board. The challenge of this country is that so many people have low standards.

Salty that is working for the vote, stating your standards and what you want done ... and then working to achieve those goals.

If you do not work for the vote you surely will stand no chance of being elected.

Amazing how many groups are disagreeing with the "GOP" standards. Selfish, mean and nasty just aren't a good combination for most folks.

Scary that's what so many "in the church" flock to.

Negative - working the vote is changing your standards to simply get more votes

    Well I respectfully disagree.

Regardless, show me a politician who does not 'work' for votes. Watch how all of them change their language from group to group.
