It is no surprise to me that Fox News is hurting the GOP but I must admit I was a bit surprised that one of their findings was that Fox viewers are less informed than people who do not watch news at all.

Your argument is with the GOP Bush adviser who conducted the survey and drew the conclusions. Are you admitting that Bush and his advisers are dumb? Why are you surprised? .

"The study, authored by Bruce Bartlett, who worked in the Treasury Department under George H. W. Bush and was also a domestic policy adviser to Ronald Reagan, found that Fox viewers tended to be less informed about current affairs than people who watch mainstream news -- and even people who don't watch the news at all."

This is ridiculous. You can criticize the spin they put on news, but there are constant headlines, updates, world events, all the time.

This would be a stupid statement to make against ANY news network.

I'm not surprised by this CTB. This is why so many folks in the GOP repeat the same things and have the same "opinions" espoused by FOX News.

Might also explain why most of them can't relate to anyone who doesn't share their myopic views.

I like to listen to both sides. ANd I've come to find that both sides are a bit crazy.

This guy again. Barlett is the MSM's go to guy whenever they want to trash the Republican Party because, you know, he's a former GHWB and Reagan advisor.

Bruce Bartlett worked in the Treasury Department under Reagan.

Bruce Bartlett also worked for GWB's daddy.

Bruce Bartlett was fired by GWB for criticizing his economic policies on sites just like HuffandPuff.

Bruce Bartlett refused to endorse GWB in 2004.

Bruce Bartlett wouldn't endorse anybody in 2008, either, although he did say at the time he was "almost there" on Obama.

Bruce Bartlett hates the Fair Tax. The idea hurts the GOP.

Bruce Bartlett hates the Tea Party. The idea hurts the GOP.

Bruce Bartlett hates FOX News. The idea hurts the GOP.

    He's a concern troll.
