In a rare social media interaction, Matt Drudge has teased that “A shocking truth is unfolding: America has been arming ISIS…”

The tweet, the only one on Drudge’s account since he wiped it clean some months ago, has been interpreted by some as a teaser for an upcoming revelation Drudge has received inside info on.

Some think it may be related to the ongoing saga with Centcom cooking intelligence on ISIS to make it appear that the Obama Administration has the terror group “contained”, as the President put it last week.

Drudge’s tweet may be a teaser for a big story, or simply a declaration based on what is already known about US weapons falling into ISIS hands.

Here we have a guy making a forum post about a article that is about a single tweet. Reaching for controversy much?

I think most of us already know Obama has been arming ISIS, directly and indirectly.

I suppose I have to say it again. I don't read Politico. I do read Drudge.

Speculation about what a tweet might be about is not a news story.

Ever ask yourself why the baptistborg would overlook what Drudge's tweet said (“A shocking truth is unfolding: America has been arming ISIS…”) and focus solely on the speculation over why Drudge tweeted “A shocking truth is unfolding: America has been arming ISIS…”?

I do. And I think it's to try to shut down or steer any discussion that we should be having about America's role in arming ISIS in another direction. I think my good friend ITL would be correct in saying . . It's to "Deflect Distract and Distort."

Ever ask yourself why the baptistborg would not want us to have a discussion about America's role in arming ISIS?

The BaptistBorg are the cause behind everything! 9-11, a man on the moon, JFK's assassination, Big Pharma, fluoride in our water, Elvis, pan am flight 103, the New World Order, and area 51. That certainly is subjective. Each to his own I suppose. Maybe it is best you give him room to post what he sees as news stories just as he would for you rather than harassing him about what he posts.

Do not forget, you always have the option of not opening any given thread and not participating. It certainly is not your place to decide what is news and what it not on this board.

By the same token, it's not your job to police what other people post, yet here you are doing just that.

Sorry you have that wrong. If I were "policing" I would be following after someone constantly harassing them as a few folks do around here in what appears to be an attempt to control what types of threads get posted and what types of threads they do not want to get posted.

So, it is your opinion, that police follow people and constantly harass them?

The point is, InTheLight and I are free to point out when we think a thread is meaningless or pointless. You are free to point out that you don't like our posts. None of us are moderators on this board, so none of us have any authority to tell the other what to post or not to post.

Looks at subforum title, "News and Current Events". Sees a thread speculating about the possible meaning of a tweet. Notices it is neither "news" or "current events". Says so. Gets ripped. Typical.

    question begging

Actually what I dislike is the harassment of another person.

Hmmm.. maybe you should remember that.

And you are free to post that opinion even if your ability to spot harassment is flawed.

Ever ask yourself why some folks who can admit Obama has been funding and arming ISIS usually are the same ones who can't seem to recall how many Republicans voted in favor of funding and arming ISIS?

Or how some Republicans were always wanting to send more money and more weapons to ISIS no matter how much money or how many weapons Obama sent to them?

Ever ask yourself if Obama forced Bush and Cheney to throw their support behind the Muslim Brotherhood in 2006 - 2007?

Ever ask yourself why both Bush and Obama would try to hide Saudi involvement in 9/11 by keeping those "28 pages" classified?

Ever ask yourself what part Obama played in funding and arming "the base" aka Al Qaeda aka Afghan freedom fighters aka moderate rebels before and during the Afghan - Soviet war?

Ever ask yourself why the corporate sponsored media never ask these kinds of questions?

Ever ask yourself why the baptistborg thought police work so hard to stop, discourage or derail any discussion that falls outside the corporate sponsored narratives?

    I do.

I never ask myself leading questions laden with innuendo, so no to your entire post.

Ever ask yourself why you need to keep trying to control what others may see hear think and discuss?

Ever ask yourself why any of us should allow you to put limits on what we can see hear think or discuss?
