6 fields where Obamacare is creating jobs

Not true. A job created by the government by declaration, not market demand, and paid for with taxpayer money, is not a sustainable job. It is "make work" that will last for awhile and then go away.

Liberals do not know how to create jobs unless it is through government expansion. In fact that is the only way they know how to do anything. Government control of people's lives is their solution of everything. It is evil as it steals freedom from people. This country was founded on the smallest government possible. In addition - in 2017, if a R- wins and Obamacare is voted out - apparently many of those new jobs will be lost. Then they will have to go out and find a real job.

True story. Before Obamacare went into affect I would work 39 hours at my job, (and I had health insurance even thought I didn't work 40 hours) but after Obamacare I worked 29 hours (and didn't get health insurance) 10 hours a week is a huge difference when trying to get established. And of course there is the fact that the health insurance I have to buy now, is a worthless piece of paper. At least the insurance I had through my employer before Obamacare did something for me.

CBO: 2 million jobs' worth of hours lost under ObamaCare


ObamaCare will force a reduction in American work hours — the equivalent of 2 million jobs over the next decade, Congress’s nonpartisan scorekeeper said Monday.

The total workforce will shrink by just under 1 percent as a result of changes in worker participation because of the new coverage expansions, mandates and changes in tax rates, according to a 22-page report released by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).

So a doctor's job in the National Institutes of Health is not a sustainable job but make work?
So a boarder patrol guard's job is not a sustainable job but make work?
So an FBI agent's job is not a sustainable job but make work?

The list could go on and on. But all those folk might not appreciate your low opinion of their jobs.

All of those jobs are a legitimate job that fulfill a legitimate need, a demand that people agree is necessary. ObamaCare is a scheme with non-participation enforced by a financial penalty. Many, many people would not sign up for ObamaCare if there was no penalty to not participate. Therefore, the demand for some of the jobs you listed is artificial, and would not exist if the government were not compelling people to participate. In short, there was no demand for ObamaCare until it was created by the government and people were compelled to enroll in it.

A closer analogy might be DMV workers--you can't legally drive a car without a driver's license. Still, if you don't want to drive, you don't need to get a driver's license.

But typical of all government jobs, none of them create wealth. They all cost the taxpayers money.

I might add, Medical Coders - a recent addition to the health system added an exponential number of new codes for doctors to supply in order to get payment from the insurance companies for work performed.

Oh, one more - Community Organizers are needed - no experience required, high paying, no responsibility, requires the ability to talk excessively without saying anything.
