Bush #1 was only in office for 4 years and is credited with 8 mass shootings. If we assume that it would have been double that for 8 years, then the only thing it really shows is a big increase after Reagan left office.

I think it is safe to figure the 26 for obamo will go up even further. How high it goes will depend upon the agreement he has with his muslom partners he is bringing into the country to keep the attacks down until he is out of office.
