I meant in a general sense, not this particular cycle. The Republican Party is all but finished.

I will still be voting for him in November. It will be the first time I will write in a candidate but I'm not going to vote for a tyrant regardless of what letter is after their name. I saw a Trump supporters on Facebook syar that anyone not voting for Trump was under satanic influence and that is why his supporters scare me so much. They truly believe him and are willing to do whatever it takes. Time for a truly conservative party.

Maricopa County elections officials saw the biggest ratio of fake-to-legitimate write-in candidates in recent memory: Among 90,433 entries in write-in slots, 1,738 were votes for legitimate write-in candidates.

Each fake entry cost Arizona counties money and manpower and slowed down the tabulation process, said Maricopa County Recorder Helen Purcell, who oversees elections.

“They think they’re making some kind of a statement or being cute,” Purcell said. “The issue is what it costs us, and ultimately costs them, because the taxpayers are paying for the election.

And I have seen many Cruz supporters on FB say the same thing about Trump supporters.
