Judicial Watch Says Trump ‘On To Something’ About Wiretap Complaints & Is Suing CIA to Get Records

The legal watchdog group, Judicial Watch, is suing the CIA to get access to records about the investigation into former Trump Administration National Security Adviser, Lt General Michael Flynn.

They believe that those records could also reveal the extent to which candidate Trump may have been spied on in the lead up to the election.

Judicial Watch notes that CNN reported:

The calls were captured by routine US eavesdropping targeting the Russian diplomats, according to the intelligence and law enforcement officials. But the officials said some of the content of the conversation raised enough potential concerns that investigators are still looking into the discussions, amid a broader concern about Russian intelligence-gathering activities in the United States.

The officials all stressed that so far there has been no determination of any wrongdoing.

FBI and intelligence officials briefed members of the Obama White House team before President Barack Obama left office about the Flynn calls to the Russian ambassador, sources said.

Now Judicial Watch wants to be able to see what the news agencies have already gotten a look at and more.

Yep, the Obama administration was monitoring the phone calls of Russians. Some of these Russians were in contact with Trump aides. This has all been reported months ago.

So, again--what is the big deal?

Apparently Trump heard about it last Friday night, woke up on Saturday and tweeted that Obama had wiretapped him.

Carpro, I see you rated my post as funny, yet again. I'm seriously asking what is the big deal about Trump finally figuring out that Manafort, Flynn, and Stone were wiretapped?

The story here ought to be how downright stupid Trump is with his tweeting. He's the President of the United States. Just pick up the phone and call Comey, call McMaster and ask them about stuff like this before you make an ass out of yourself tweeting dumb stuff.

"Trump’s only real mistake was to call it a “wiretap” which was “technically inaccurate” and that those who have denied the charges on behalf of Obama are using semantics to fool the public."

And you've bought into it.:Roflmao

What's funny is to watch you try to minimize it when the media that initially reported it are in an absolute panic and Obama is forced to issue a very carefully worded non denial denial.

Yes liberals and RINO's are shrugging off the wire tap claims. We will all have a heart attack and die of not surprised.

Just like they did with the Clinton emails, Benghazi, the IRS and Benghazi.

To be expected.
