“America is in the grips of hatred,” the Russian television commentator Dmitry Kiselyov told viewers of the Rossiya 1 network on Sunday night. The popular host, appointed directly by Russian President Vladimir Putin, suggested the political discord could lead to violence in gun-friendly America — “a dangerous combination with free-flowing firearms,” he said.

It’s not that the Kremlin-controlled outlets which all but explicitly rooted for Trump to defeat Hillary Clinton last fall have changed their view of the New York mogul. It’s that Moscow’s main goal was always to undermine the U.S. political system, regardless of who is in the White House, experts said.

“The Russian government is savoring the severe damage to America’s international image a result of the tumultuous first weeks of the Trump administration’s tenure,” said Andrew Weiss, a former Clinton White House National Security Council official for Russian affairs.

It's coming, but first IMO Putin will restore the USSR and confirm their alliance with Iran, China and n. Korea (possibly others).

With Trump as POTUS we might win.

Sounds similar to the preaching of Charles Manson.

Too much credit is given "Moscow". Moscow is a city. The undermining is in the philosophy of the highly positioned occupants of the city. They are Communists and their philosophy is openly laid out in their own manifesto. Which BTW is openly adopted by many American Liberals sitting in seats of honor as "supposed" people with allegiance to American standards and principles as dictated by the US Constitution. No doubt there is descent in the US. No surprise when ONE set of standards and principles are NOT the measure by which ALL Americans are unified.

Read history! Putin is not a fool. Long ago the Russians discovered the intent of the American Liberals, when surprisingly even those minions claiming to be Liberals do not comprehend the ramifications.

Liberalism is akin to Communism, whereby the Government OWNS and CONTROLS "everything".

The Russians have no need whatsoever to intervene or instigate warfare with the US, the Liberals are doing their work for them! Of course Putin is laughing. You missed my point. Sorry, I was so terse. Yes, the Russians are not the only "imperialists" in the world today. However, the goals of Russian imperialism are different from those of what passes for American Imperialism. As for autocracy, the word was used by the tsars as one of their titles. If the tsar chose to do so he wielded absolute power. The system was not a constitutional monarchy for most of its existence.
