Of course it's fake news. Part of it is taken from the point where President Trump tells the students to remember what they have learned and "as long as you have pride in your beliefs, courage in your convictions, and faith in your God then you will not fail." The "I did it" part was superimposed on a clip where he was talking about Liberty playing in the FBS and turned to Falwell.
