    To whom it may concern:

Let me commend the Founders Study Center to whomever might want to explore some ministerial education as an aid to looking at the ministry. I teach / mentor there from time to time. I have found it to be a God send for those in one of these or other categories. The prices are reasonable and some courses can be transferred to The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and Southeast Theological Seminary.

But be forewarned before you come back and flame me. It is Calvinistic soteriologically and it is Reformed and it is Covenantal. If you are not of that persuasion or those doctrinal stances would inflame your sensitivities then do not go there to "look see!" Gentle encouragement to give it at least a cursory look.

    sdg!

Wow, at 16 weeks, I'm assuming those are 3 credit hour courses?

8 transferable classes for a thoudand dollars, that's an amazing deal.

Back in the day, that thousand covered room, board and tuition for an 18 load.

Well, my last foray into graduate level education cost $250.00 per credit hour, after a healthy military discount that I was happy to receive.

I wonder what it cost Saul (Paul) to “sit at the feet of Gamaliel?”

I was just looking up education in J. Julius Scott Jr.'s Jewish Backgrounds of the New Testament, when my wife informed me it was date night.

So I'll have to get back to you. :D
