    Not sure if this is a good move for Gerber - in marketing, image is everything and a Down's baby as the face for the product could turn off the more ignorant customers. Things are so bad now. I'm just glad the child here wasn't aborted.

    The pic of Lucas in the article is a good one. It will be interesting to see what Gerber's advertising photographers come up with.

    Amazing! And kudos to the judges.

    I wonder that myself, and sadly most fetuses with Down Syndrome are still aborted. They have a larger chance of spontaneous abortion ("miscarriage"), but elective abortions are thought to be near 90%.
