Well, it looks like somebody appreciates the first family. No doubt there are many, many more, but these days it seems that it's just not news if it's good. (Did a secret serviceman kind of block the view there at the end?) Thanks for the post.

It wasn't political.
A synagogue is political? Didn’t the synagogue tell they were morning/sitting shiva, so don’t come to Pittsburgh right now! Why not just respect that.

But the president was reportedly wary of being criticized for waiting too long to visit the city and he was greeted by the rabbi of Tree of Life upon his arrival.
Rabbi Jeffrey Myers previously told CNN that Trump was "certainly welcome" to make the visit, saying, "I am a citizen. He is my president."

From the looks of the video, Trump was being very presidential. In many ways, it's good he was the only national figure to go to the funeral. While the Dems and the local pols thought they were snubbing Trump, their absence kept the proceedings from turning into a circus.
The Democrats in Pittsburgh politized a funeral a la Westboro Baptist.
