Chicago carnage

Chicago used to be the city that works. Not so much anymore, sadly.

Last weekend a total of 52 people were shot, ten of whom died.

On the Memorial Day weekend, 41 people were shot and seven were killed.

Some of the crime is related to drugs and gangs, as America cannot stop Mexican drugs from entering the country as the southern border is wide open.

The black community is also displaced from housing and jobs by illegal aliens, who provide cheap labor and illegal votes for Democrats.

Trump needs to focus on the economy. Raising taxes on gasoline by 25 cents is one of his bad ideas. Another of his bad ideas is burning ethanol in the summer in California or moving to more ethanol. Indiana is very late planting corn due to heavy rains in May. Farmers want more ethanol but environmentalists do not. The GOP must encourage big cities to vote Republican and break up Democrat inaction.

Did you somehow miss hearing about what happened during the 1968 Democrat convention?

No, I saw it on TV. Also, I read David Horowitz on the internet.

Chicago used to be highly industralized and you could always find a job there. Very high property taxes drove factories out of Chicago. Then the auto industry, the steel industry, and railroading collapsed in the Midwest.

Chicago, Gary, South Bend, and Indianapolis are all very crime-ridden nowadays.

22 people shot in Chicago on Friday, June 7.

If these people are indigent, federal taxpayers probably end up paying their medical bills.

The general public is disarmed in Chicago, so these gangs and drug lords have targets that do not shoot back.
