    An illegal immigrant accused of rape was released from a Maryland jail three days after being arrested -- despite a request from Immigration and Customs Enforcement to keep the man in custody, according to federal officials.

    It probably is lucky for this criminal that he was not a citizen because they probably would not have given him bail then. I imagine that the criminal is a guest at the home of the County Executive at this moment.

    There are about three sets of laws: one set for the rich, one set for the not rich, and one set of very lax laws for the illegal alien criminal--what do you think?

    If he harms anyone else, the victim or family should personally sue each person involved in the release. Failure to serve a warrant or order of retainer results in direct civil liability.

    Incredible! Thanks! No wonder Obama just built dog cages--he had to keep the rich happy. It would be as if Warren's family fought against the Indians and then stole Indian land--oh, wait, that really happened.
