Indeed. But obviously it's because these misguided souls imagine they are right. Theirs is a "progressive," that is, "evolutionary," view of politics, albeit a very violent, "survival of the fittest" one, especially when it comes to socialism and communism. Evidently, such are assumed to be the natural next steps, Marxism having a "Darwinian" political outlook. They see their opposition as in the way, not belonging, needing re-education, etc.
Hanoi Jane Fonda has called upon Americans to stop eating meat, never mind that God said that we could after the Flood. She complains about the carbon footprint, but holds herself exempt as she flies from California to DC to protest climate change. She just bought a 6,679 square foot townhouse for $5.45 million with 7 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, which takes a lot of fossil fuel to heat and cool.

On Thursday, Kaepernick spoke at the "Indigenous People's Sunrise Ceremony," also known as "Unthanksgiving," on Alcatraz Island in San Francisco, California. The event is intended to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Native Americans occupying the famous island, which previously served as the site of a federal prison.
"Spent the morning at the Indigenous People’s Sunrise Ceremony on the 50 year anniversary of the Occupation of Alcatraz," Kaepernick tweeted on Thanksgiving day.
"The US government has stolen over 1.5 billion acres of land from Indigenous people. Thank you to my Indigenous family, I’m with you today and always."

Actually, Indians did not have the concept of "owning" land.
Rather they just use it temporaily.

The Indians were torturing, killing, and stealing stuff from each other long before the white man arrived in North America. He who is more powerful wins and the Native Americans played that game against each other all the time, so why is it suddenly so bad just because the new warriors were white?
Agreed. They recently found the graves of 250 infants & children sacrificed to Indian gods high in the Andes mountains in Peru--the largest such burial ground ever discovered. (Fr. Mitchell Pacwa--well-known to Protestants--recently said on his show on EWTN that the Peruvian Pachamama was an idol in defiance of Pope Francis.) The Indians were driven out of Siberia and Mongolia to the Americas & were very fierce peoples generally.
Nevertheless, it was Squanto who aided the Pilgrims and the feast with Massasoit was a happy time for all.
