Morally, this is a new low for prime-time TV entertainment, as far as I know. (I do not watch these types of shows.) I expect to see similar programming involving lbgxyz and bestiality in the near future if God does not intervene.

Basically a spin-off of "The Bachelor". I don't care for reality TV shows; the only one I ever watched was years ago and involved chasing tornadoes.

This is on par with the Bachelor and the Bachelorette. On those shows a man or woman goes on televised dates with people - beginning with 24 or 25. Each week a person is dropped until one is left and they marry that person - again all televised. Supposedly there is no sex, but who knows. It's a dumb premise and so is this one.

She will date these men on televised dates to get to know what kind of men they are in terms of potential father. She will in the end, choose one to be a sperm donor and she will undergo invitro fertilization.

It's like going to a sperm bank in search of a man to be the father of your child if you can't conceive normally - except in this case, you get to know the man first.

Again - a very stupid premise, but to equate this with bestiality - that's a bit of a stretch for me. That said, I do not watch these types of shows. Their stupidity level is insulting to my intellect.

It's obvious you don't keep up with what's on television and that's a good thing. This is mickey mouse compare to Game of Thrones [graphic nudity, simulated sex including incest, and rape as entertainment. I've not seen this show either, but I have read parent guides and it makes me sick.

You have NO idea how many Christians go to church on Sunday mornings and sing "O How I Love Jesus" and then on Sunday nights, pile up on the couch to watch incest, rape, genital mutilations of men, and graphic [simulated] sex on HBO.

How do I know this? The show was all the rage with dozens and dozens upon dozens of my Christian friends, relatives, acquaintances, and online "friends" on Christian message boards.

One of my friends said in a group that "Oh, I love the show. I'm addicted to it! Now let's be honest, you can't watch it with Jesus sitting next to you! " And then she laughed.

It broke my heart. I'm also ashamed to say that I said nothing.

Hey, watch it! What are you going after next? "True Blood"? "Strike Back"?

    Just kidding. :Biggrin

Although I have watched all three of those shows and still have a season of "Strike Back" to go. Personally, I don't care for the sex scenes or other sexual stuff or nudity or homosexual stuff. I don't even care for the less graphic passionate kissing on network TV shows. I just sit there thinking, "Okay, move it along." I also don't care for cussing and even network TV shows can be bad about that.

My late wife and I enjoyed "True Blood" and went to the local community college to hear the author who wrote the books it was based on - she was living 30 miles from here at the time. My wife actually got me interested in "True Blood". After watching it a while I thought, "This is a pretty good show outside of the cussing and the sex."

Never seen the show, but have seen plenty implied in other shows, just not the graphic level you are saying.
Many shows also show graphic violence instead of graphic sexual encounters, which people ought to consider maybe they should walk away from it.

My wife and I were watching a romantic comedy last night, that I recorded and sure enough, she met someone and they headed for the bedroom and started taking off their clothes... So since I recorded it, I just fast forward to the next day... Didn't harm the story any and we both enjoyed the movie without all the undercover action... But you have to watch recording movies though, even though you may think it's a good one and even someone recommended it, there may be so much profanity in it, it would make a sailor blush:eek:... When that happens, I stop the movie and erase it... Brother Glen:)

I recall back in the day someone asked one of our preachers an Elder Sonny Pyles what he though of Hollywood?... Without a second thought, he said, Oh you must mean... Hellywood:Devilish

I'm glad you have not seen it. I haven't either. But after hearing how bad it was and googling parent guides and parent reviews, I was shocked and am generally not shockable.

HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, and all the other cable shows that are "extra" should not be in a Christian home.

I stand by that. I always will.

In this case, lets be praying for those Christian actors who live in the LA/Hollywood area.
There are several - now, we may not agree with them on everything - but they are being a witness. Here is a list of Evangelicals and another list (some are on both lists)

“If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the world, why, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations— “Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch” ( referring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to human precepts and teachings? These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in promoting self-made religion and asceticism and severity to the body, but they are of no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh.” - ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭2:20-23‬ ‭ESV‬‬

As with meat sacrificed to idols, much of the nudity and reveling in torture and murder on screen, it seems can be summed up with this verse.

“Everything is permissible,” but not everything is beneficial. “Everything is permissible,” but not everything is edifying.
    -1 Corinthians 10:23
