"Wake up, get up, get out there
Raise your voice against liars
Feed your anger like fire
Why does nobody want change?

Just imagine you're out there
Swatting lies in the making
Can't move fast without breaking
If you hold on life won't change"

Kind of thought these lyrics from Wake Up, Get Up, Get Out There from Persona 5 were relevant right now

Persona 5 is a hit video game JRPG with a story about a group of teenagers doing their part to right wrongs in society, and living out their own brand of justice. Rebellion against a corrupt system is a BIG theme in the story.
We EAT UP this stuff when it's fiction. Why not reality?

Rebellion, violence, is contrary to the teachings of Jesus Christ and New Testament instructions toward Christian conduct.

Peaceful protest? Of course. Rebellion and violence? No.

peace to you

This isn't necessarily about violence. However, many times in history change was not brought about through peaceful means. Our own history in the US and the founding of our country is an example

No doubt, throughout history change was brought about with violence and rebellion. Every time, it was contrary to Christian teaching, including the founding of USA.

peace to you

Perhaps some eschew behaving like "useful idiots" (the pawns of the godless left-wing Democrats.)

Law enforcement jobs attracts among others, badge heavy folks who enjoy bullying others. And the fact the institutions have not effectively minimized this problem speaks to both incompetence and corruption. But for the enemies of America to twist this truth into a basis for wanton destruction, and for groups of people to be all to ready to accept the lie should be a warning sign, vote against those who support "two wrongs make a right."

Change does not come by Satan's or natural force.

Change comes from reading Scripture out loud and condemning sin for what it is.

The Holy Spirit does God’s changing.

With your explanation in mind, please explain how abortion and gay marriage changed from being illegal to being legal?

It was God's will for that change?

I thought we were talking about God's Will being done. You cannot kill people with force, to keep them from dying.

You cannot slap people smart, who are violent.

Satan gets his way, because the church wants what Satan wants.
