I worked in commercial real estate for a decade and anyone who thinks there is money in real estate is living in the last century. Since the Chinese virus, the lockdown, and the riots, real estate is particularly unprofitable.

The best man is seldom a candidate. Indiana is at the bottom of the rust belt and Trump has done more for the rust belt than anyone else in either party. However, organized labor in Indiana will vote for Biden in spite of the economic setbacks that would mean. Indiana stood still economically under Obama so Trump carried Indiana 2 to 1 in 2016. We have a lot of low-paying jobs as labor has lost out since 1945.
