Even I think this Baptist church went too far

indeed, even some Christians are going too far, but I think that John MacArthur is right on this

 

We decided our church will not turn over any attendance records if asked to.

 

I read the link and I want to make some observations.

It doesn’t say adult 1 has tested positive for Covid. It says someone at the health dept “heard” he had symptoms. Now, I might have missed it in the reading, but I didn’t see anything about him actually testing positive for Covid.

It says they have nine positive cases, up from three cases earlier. No one from this “outbreak” is hospitalized or dead.

At some point, we are going to have to come to terms with the reality that this virus a 99% plus survival rate for almost everyone. The elderly at risk, and those with chronic health problems.

We will never get our lives back if we continue to respond as if this virus is far more lethal than it is.

The more I see the response from liberals, the more (really don't how I can be MORE, as I'm already 100% ) I'm convinced this "pandemic" is POLITICAL. The left is playing this to try to convince folks that Trump is botching/ignoring the virus and hopefully let them (DEMS) regain control of the gov't.

I saw, or heard on radio, a health official in Cal say that schools couldn’t re-open until after the election.

That is a health official directly linking response to this virus to politics.

The Christians believers must be focused in the signs about END of the world and return of the Lord JESUS Christ. Soon we will enter in the period known as the last week-Dan.9:v.27-. Remember : The Word is God, so what is written will fulfil LITERALLY.

I appreciate your ability to read into the "facts" that Mr. Picente attempted to put forward. The truth has been told through multiple media sources (radio and newspapers). Our local television station that aired the original press conference refuses to edit their headlines and has told staff not to discuss the truth behind the lies. Mr. Picente refuses to apologize for his demeaning and outlandish statements.
