president trump was waylaid by that moderate, had to spend first half hour rehashing why he failed on Covid, and yet Biden got creampuffs thrown his way, no mention on Hunter Biden!

Who was the winner - Trump or Biden - actually neither one

The race was between NBC and ABC. ABC is ticked off that NBC schedule its town hall the same time ABC had one scheduled
So what are the TV ratings saying??

    Interesting:
Across the entire runtime, the Biden town hall averaged 12.3 million viewers. In terms of the fast national 18-49 demographic,
Biden is comfortably on top with a 2.6 rating to Trump’s 1.7.

But why did we not see the ratings for age 50-65 - or is it they would have a much higher rate for Trump???

Advertisers don't care about what us old fogeys are watching. They figure we only care about continency and ED products.

I watched neither town hall. I watched reruns of "Lawman" and "Lucha Underground", along with harness races at Woodbine Mohawk last evening.

Fully agree - in fact remember the tree purge of the mid 60's - The suits thought that those shows was only watched by the old folks
and that the younger crowd - who spends the money - wants action shows, ect.

Yep. I think it is ridiculous that the Duopoly has put forward a pair of septuagenarians. The Baby Boomers(and I am one), and even older, can't run things forever.

No, Trump has 95 % of Republicans behind him. The moderator on NBC that Trump had was an angry female former Gore staffer.

You meant to say that her husband is a former Gore traveling chief of staff, right?

    I'm surprised you're that old.

But why would you be against septuagenarians serving limited terms?

I just figure when almost 65 years old it is ridiculous that the the two major party candidates are WAY older than me. Used to be that candidates tended to be in their late 40s and 50s. I am surprised that the under 60 crowd is allowing the two major parties to do this in two presidential elections in a row as Clinton turned 69 years old and Trump 70 years old in 2016.

This is a leftist concept. Leftists are generally worried about this, which is why Biden is such a bad candidate for them. This is a non-issue for conservatives and biblical thinkers. Age is a good thing.

I’m glad I think Biblically. Not sure what that has to do with preferring middle-aged presidential candidates. It’s a preference, not a matter of right or wrong.

It's leftist identity thinking. You're not thinking biblically on this.
