    LOL. Sour grapes ‘cause your guy MM didn’t get to help “moderate.” But you do have one thing right, it is mostly rigged much like wrestling.

    but I also want to see what is said.

    Apparently you missed the point of my post entirely - I want to hear EACH candidate speak - and if they are gabbing away at the same time
    - I wont be able to hear either one of them

    Its interesting - some are complaining the moderator -even before the debate begins.
    So how about listening - then we can discuss the moderator here on BB
    Who knows, maybe she will do a good job.

    I think Kristen will. I have watched her reporting for several years. I like her. I would like to watch her moderate, but I am not gonna listen to Trump bloviate for that long.

    Yeah, and I don't understand why. I am willing to compromise with the Debate Commission. I'll go along with having Matanza Cueto do the moderating.

    Well, what I really meant was my point was ignored. At least it wasn’t completely ignored this time.

    However, the complaint is not merely about an upcoming debate, but about how they rig them.

    They were quite biased in the first two campaign debates, and illegitimately canceled another, because Trump rightly wouldn’t cooperate with their extreme attempt at rigging it.

    We will see what happens this time, but the rules are ripe for abuse.

    Oh, and the moderators speak as well, not just the candidates, and it does have an effect.

    Bottom line - Trump and Biden both were in a shouting match, which required the moderator to speak up.

    Let them shout at each other, matters not. I can hear the tenor of both sides, nuanced arguments are not worth trying to decipher. There is no peace between democrat and republican, it is a cold war, both sides are so very very far apart on just about everything. And this debate moderator is die hard democrat, all questions will be weighted if possible in Biden's favor.

    this debate they will try to make Trump sound terrible having to do with climate change propaganda and covid. And make Biden appear like the allfather so knowledgeable full of solutions and compassionate which could not be further from the truth.
