    Boost the market, and it has been on big ride higher almost universally means incumbents get re elected.
    She is playing politics with relief efforts.

    With Pelosi in control, any deal to cure what ails is likely to be worse than the disease.

    Mitch is certainly right that Pelosi is not negotiating in good faith.
