    QUESTION: “Who will loads of Republicans support for president in 2024?”

    I know this because … I am Carnac the Magnificent!

    Also because Republicans have latched onto a black candidate for president every four years, pretty much throughout my entire adult life.

    Sen. Scott’s big cause — and, indeed, about the only congressional legislation being discussed other than President Biden’s spectacular list of free goodies — is a bill to reform policing. And not a sane “reform,” like putting more officers on the street. Oh no, Scott’s bill, this year and last, is premised on the loony belief of Black Lives Matter that cops are too aggressive and desperately in need of more supervision.

    Wouldn’t a great cause for any U.S. senator — especially a black senator — be to oppose the effectively pro-criminal, aggressively anti-police BLM, instead of catering to them?​

    His vote probably won't count any way. All the ballots will probably in in Espanol & printed in Venezuela, or maybe from Medalin, in that country to the west of it... Of course, Columbia will have her name changed by then (to protect the gulty....) Let's see....."NativeAmerica--bia" Nah, that'd take too long to pronounce anyway....! Besides the Rio Grande River is just up ahead. Gutta find some place to stash my little ones!!     Of course not. I will only vote in the national election if there is a candidate like Trump, or worse--worse for Marxists like yourself, that is.

    Voting without a candidate like that would be pointless.

    Ann makes a good point. I had not followed Scott's JUSTICE Act. It's a tough act to swallow.

    Seems the big difference between his young experiences being pulled over and my own is that they usually called me "son" when alone, "you boys" when in a group. These days only one approaches while another stays back. Both still have their gun hands ready. I'm absolutely certain it's because I'm "not black." There's no other explanation. :Wink

    Seriously though, we do need to pray for those in authority over us. Who'd a thought in the 1930's that Herr Hitler's mistreatment of the Jews would be the foundation in 1948 of the independent (so far at least) State of Israel? (POTUS Obama's "Apology" tours not withstanding!!) and Boris Yeltsin's actually telling East Germany to "Tear Down This Wall"!! Aren't you glad that Our Father Who Art in Heaven knows the End from the Beginning!!! We can only speculate about the future, but Our Father KNOWs what the final result will be.....(& I've read the back of the Book....and we WIN!! Rev 19:6-7: "Praise the LORD! For the Lord our God, fhe Almighty , reigns. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him."
