Careful about assumptions with this one..
Technically those patients are owned by the US government.
The government owns the patients for technologies they fund.
We had an individual who wrote a program for RADCON. Since he did this on the clock it is property of DOE. Had the individual developed the program on his own and "off the clock" he would own the program and could have profited from its development.
This is how it works - not only with the government but in the private sector as well.
If you develop a technology and were funded by the CDC (or any government entity) then that technology belongs to the government.
In other words....if the government develops the technology (we are not talking about vaccines but vaccine technology with the CDC) then why should they not own the patent. Profits go back into research (the ACIP is strict to avoid conflicts of interest).
In the end (the whole picture) the government develops technology and owns that technology. Profits from any technology goes back to the government (not the specific agency or department that created that technology...they still have to request finding from Congress each year).

President Trump provided quite a bit of money to develop the current vaccines and any technology the US government paid for us owned by the US government. According to RFK Jr., the CDC is not an independent government agency but is actually a subsidiary of Big Pharma.
Kennedy is wrong. He has already been called out on this.
First, the CDC is a federal agency that falls under the Department of Health and Human services. It is NOT a private company.
Second, the CDC receives no compensation from vaccines or any entity. It receives funding annually from Congress.
Third, the CDC does not technically own any patents. They are patents owned by the US government.
Foruth, the CDC is (obviously) not a subsidiary of Big Pharma.
Fifth, the CDC does not own any vaccine patents. They own patents for vacvine technology developed on its dime.
Sixth, the CDC does not own vaccines.
Seventh, the CDC does not profit from the patents they own. Funds are made anyone, and they are ultimately allocated back into the CDC (Congresdional funding) to continue funding projects.
If anyone profits (I'm sure people do, knowing our government and our politicians) it is not the CDC but politicians and crooks within the government (most often through subcontract interests)....but even this is monitored by the ACIP.
Your post is completely false and misleading. That said, is there corruption? I'm sure there is. Many in the government probably have the same integrity as your post.

They do believe they own us all, or can own us all.
There are two ways they can - overtly, by catering to the desires of the flesh (most often, it seems, cold hard cash) and covertly (by making Christians just as bad as they are).
Research the CDC, government patents, and agency funding. Then consider whether you should stand by the OP or move in another direction.
We are never mastered involuntarily. With genuine Christians the fall is generally a very slow decline.
Had you said that corrupt politicians and pharmaceutical companies are probably profiting from vaccines then I would have agreed.
But as it stands I cannot agree with the OP and walk away with my integrity intact. We should stand for our convictions (even if it leads to disagreements) but when we cross lines that calls our integrity into question we forfeit our character and become just as ungodly as those we should be struggling against.
Just pointing out things you may benefit from considering. Research government funding, agencies, and government patents and prayerfully consider if you are posting in a God glorifying manner or if your post may be a poor witness of the faith you and I share in Christ.

We all need to ask....how are we standing. Are we standing for truth and confronting falsehoods? Or are we exchanging one evil for another? Exactly how careful are we with the information and entities to whom we lend our voices?
If we confront lies with misinformation, are we really serving a different master?

Of course I wouldn't ban you.
The fact-sheets were not posted as a BB standard. They were posted for people who had an interest to read the actual fact-sheets regarding the 3 vaccines currently being used in the US.
As far as I know the BB does not have an official position on vaccines (@Squire Robertsson would be the person to ask).
I often get credit for banning people - I'm not sure why. When it comes to banning people that is an Admin. task....moderators give warning points which can result in a suspension (currently 4 points gets a suspension until 1 point drops off), but not a ban.
And while I question your reasoning here, I see nothing that deserves a warning. It looks like you may be confused about how posts are moderated (pm me with any questions).
The exception is pornography. Unless you are planning to post porn, you'll be fine.
The reason the actual fact-sheets were posted is there have been so much speculation and misinformation about what they actually state. People took for granted they did not disclose serious side-effects, instructions for pregnant women to consult their doctors, etc., but never bothered to actually read the fact sheets.
It is fine to disagree with something - BUT that something needs to be avaliable as well as the rebuttal.
Why would you think I would want you banned anyway?

You posted that you do not disagree with the facts that:

Yet you post an article disagreeing with factual information about the CDC, funding, and patients.
It seems like you are intentionally posting information that you know is false.

Kennedy is known for misinformation when it comes to vaccines.
Remember this whopper - a “study discovered that African-American boys who receive the MMR vaccine ‘on-time’ by the age of 3 are 3.36 times more likely to be diagnosed with severe autism as Black boys who waited until they were older.” (no study actually existed...it was a "lawyers move" by Kennedy).

Are the warnings given privately?
Because it seems to me they may have made one misstep and they were gone.
Just because some of the sites quoted may seem dodgy the msm is waging war on alternative points of view.
Where do you read about how to treat those with beginning stages of Kvid?
The medical people send them home, or if they are elderly put them back into the rest home.
It's all about get the vax, get the vax.
It's really, really safe, get the vax.
The troubles are only little, and tough if we censor, it's for your safety.
Where are the long term feasibility studies?
Shut up, we needed it fast.
We don't need no feasibility studies, we've got some doctors and science on our side.

You need to read the words a little more closely in numbers one and two.
If you think it's false because only your posts are the true ones are you going to give me a point then?
I agree pro-vaxers can be just as bad as anti-vaxers. They are agenda driven and care more about their positions than people's lives.
But that is not my question.
You rightfully post that pro-vaxers gloss over dide-effects and make claims (like the vacvine prevents covid) which is misinformation. They trade in fear.
BUT if you are willing to do the same thing for the anti-vax position then is there really a difference?
An opinion is that the vacvine is worth the risk. An opinion is that the vaccine is not worth the risk.

There have been several anti-vax posts that have been proven to be false (including the OP). Have you seen any anti-vaxers willing to stand for truth and address anti-vax misinformation as such....or are the anti-vaxers willing to allow misinformation if it is on their side? You have not addressed misinformation that you posted on this group, much less stood for truth against other anti-vax posts which are false.
It appears that you are willing to tolerate lies if it supports your opinion that the risk of the vacvine is too great.
I cannot see how this makes you any better than those who try to push the vaccine on others.
We should be able to express our opinions without compromising our character.
I understand why you are against the vacvine. I agree it was rushed.
And I agree there are serious side-effects- I told you about a 14 year old boy who was found dead the morning after being vaccinated.
And I am not trying to get you to abandon your opinions or to get vaccinated. I am trying to convince you that we, as Christians, are to stand in Christ and avoid spreading misinformation (regardless if pro or anti-vax).
Did you consider how posting misinformation about the CDC being a private company, holding patents (beyond what every agency does.....i.e , government patents for government funded technologies), and profiting from vaccines disqualifies your witness for Christ in the eyes of people who believe spreading lies is just as wrong as lying?
No. He is known for misinformation. The example I gave was from 2004 and he streight up lied about a study. We shouldn't be surprised....he us a lawyer, after all.
But that is not an opinion. Kennedy (I actually like the guy) did lie. He made the thing up to score a win (he lost that time).
And that the OP is misinformation is not an opinion. It is a fact (most who have worked for government agencies or contractors recognize the lies easily).

This is what I mean about Christians falling by degrees (not streight down but small declines). You are now comfortable enough to imply I had people banned, would give points for disagreeing with me, etc. Had you not become so comfortable with the small lies I think you may be able to see just how far you have descended.
What I posted about the government patents and CDC as a government agency (not a private company) is fact - not opinion.
Even a basic attempt to understand how these agencies operate and how government patents work should be enough for even those who have never dealt with government funding to realize the OP is a lie.
Unfortunately, misinformation can severely damage a Christian's witness.
