Psaki Blames Unvaccinated People For Biden’s Terrible Polls

Watch: Psaki Blames Unvaccinated People For Biden’s Terrible Polls

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Friday struggled to explain why Joe Biden’s approval rating continues to spiral downwards.

Asked by a reporter, “What do you make of these really terrible polls?” Psaki deflected to the coronavirus pandemic and the high number of unvaccinated people as reasons Biden’s so unpopular.

More at link.

Explain to me please how the people who make a free choice to not be vaccinated for Covid is the cause for Joe Biden’s miserable poll numbers. It’s has nothing to do with:

1. inflation
2. The labor numbers being atrocious
3. The bungled pull out of our troops in Afghanistan
4. The conversion of our country from a free state democracy to a socialist totalitarian government with Uncle Joe as leader.
5. The lack of balancing the budget.

bottom line the real problem is Joe Biden’s lack of leadership not citizens exerting there choice in taking experimental shots. If it weren’t so absolutely tragic it would be funny! :Cautious

Who knows. Pelosi has been vocal against mandates. Maybe she is the anti-vax leader starting a rebellion and Psaki just wants to shift attention :Laugh

The really bizarre part is that some of them still imagine Biden is a good president, much better than Trump. Talking with some is surreal, like they live in an alternate world with no bearing on reality.
Yep. Politics.

I remember when I said I liked Trump but he had tweeted something that was not true (I can't remember what, but he backed off it shortly afterwards). BUT my objections to that single tweet caused the wrath of some to fall.

Some people do not listen or think. They are sheep following men (politics).

I remember when Clinton was running and people who disagreed with his politics still voted for him saying "because we are Democrats".

Yeah, all those Christians who vote are just political sheep.
Why do you think all those Christians who vote are political sheep?

While some may vote simply out of tradition I have found most are aware of the platforms they support....especially in today's politically charged culture.

I believe voters do have a responsibility to study, research, and evaluate the candidates they support because we are responsible for our voice. But information is readily available.

Now someone reading that quote might honestly assume that the writer votes.

Why? I believe I have adequately explained my personal convictions.

Christians should follow their convictions, not mine.

Why would you assume Christians vote in ignorance?

Why then are you trying to convince Christians to stay out of discussing secular politics?

It doesn't count because this is a Christian forum?

It has often been said, "What do you get when a Christian goes into politics? Politics."

You include yourself here, "I believe voters do have a responsibility to study, research, and evaluate the candidates they support because we are responsible for our voice."

You choose not to use your voice of voting but can't tell from that statement.

Perhaps you are a closet voter and I got it all wrong.

I am not trying to convince anybody (Christian or not) to stay out of politics.

Some members believe Christians should be involved in politics. I do not see this as trying to change my mind but as expressing their beliefs.

Likewise, my belief that Christians should abstain from politics is my personal belief applied to myself. I have never judged anybody for getting involved in politics. That is between them and God.

People should follow their own conscience.

Sorry Jon, I can recall you saying something like the kingdom should be our focus and not politics.

But maybe I misunderstood.

No. You understood correctly. I believe Christians should be focused on the kingdom of God.

What you do not seem to understand is just because I hold a different belief than you does not mean I expect you to adopt my view.

You see every disagreement, every difference, every argument as some kind of attack. You do realize this is a debate board, right?

Please do not blame me for your insensitivity not only towards me, which I will admit is a driving force for many of my recent posts, but also towards other forum members.

You want debate and the kingdom too?

I can understand the need for theological debate but this was America, you could choose what you wanted to talk about.

"I believe Christians should be focused on the kingdom of God at the exclusion of secular politics."

Exclude the political threads then.

It will be somewhat more tranquil here and we will remain blissfully ignorant of the world in which we live and can concentrate on the other dimension in which we also live.

I do not believe Christians should be censored simply because somebody may not like their beliefs.

The belief that Christians should be involved in secular politics is very common and historical.

But the belief that Christians should abstain is also very common and perhaps even older.

Christians should not join a debate forum and be offended every time somebody believes differently.

I need to add - just because a Christian does not participate in something does not make the Christian ignorant.

My saying that I am convinced that I should not be involved in politics does not mean I am advocating ignorance regarding the world in which we live. It is possible, IMHO, to live in this world without being worldly.

Being involved in politics does not equal worldly. Exactly how one engages in politics may be a result of being worldly.
