    Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-IN), who was born in the Soviet Union, grilled U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland on Thursday over the actions that the FBI is allegedly taking and over a variety of security concerns that have erupted under President Joe Biden’s administration.

    “Mr. Attorney General, as someone who was born in the Soviet Union, I am disturbed, very disturbed, by the use of the Department of Justice as a political tool, and its power as the police state to suppress lawful public discourse,” she said. “The FBI is starting to resemble old KGB with secret warrantless surveillance, wiretapping, and intimidation of citizens. School board [inaudible] is the latest example.”

    “It’s interesting that during the Soviet-era, the United States criticized the use of the domestic terrorism concept in the USSR as a tool to suppress free speech and political dissent,” she continued. “In your recent statement opposing the Texas anti-abortion law, you said it is the foremost responsibility of the Department of Justice to defend the Constitution. Do you plan to defend the Second Amendment rights which are explicitly protected by our Constitution as vigorously as you do abortion rights? Yes or no?”

    Apparently we are not the only ones who see this intimidation of parents opposing school boards as more than the fake claims of threats made.

    Watch your back folks they are beginning (???) to LOSE the subtly they once employed! They are open about their aims & this is the precise reason they hate(d) Trump so much -- he exposed them for what & who they are.

    Trump was correct when he said "You are the ones they're after; I'm just in their way!"

    Bidens poll numbers are tanking, dems are retiring from congress left and right, prices and inflation are thru the roof, the supply chain is backed up and Biden is by lost as to how to handle it. The next couple of elections will bring some change

    No they won't. The economy is in a designed collapse. There will be no more honest and fair elections. The USA has fallen to the Communists with no shots fired.

    Barring the direct intervention of God, I fully agree with this post!!!
    Only He can bring to light enough evidence of the corruption of the left that will convince the sheeple that "FREEBIES" are not FREE!!!
    And some on here say they aren't for "mandates" etc, but, BUT they spout the same talking points of the seekers of the mandates - kinda suspicious to me!!??
    This kind of "head-in-the-sand" person is just pushing the left's agenda. I used to think this fact was UN-INTENTIONAL' but the more I read the more I'm inclined to believe otherwise!! (Or could it be, at this point, a "PRIDE" issue:rolleyes:!??!??)

    The Federal Government has fallen because of the bureaucracy. State and local haven't yet.

    There are vast swaths of the country that are just going to flat out ignore the Commie feds. My neighbors and I have already discussed a preliminary kind of "community-based survival" so that when the Feds embargo supplies against states that refuse to submit, we won't be affected at all.

    And then of course the hypocrisy of the Dems is on constant display, as if anyone really cares. 5-1/2 mins.

    Will we know who breached the Capitol? The FBI and DOJ don't seem to want to focus on that, since the former seem to be implicated.

    President Biden's approval ratings have dipped when polling "independents." Basically Democrats give Mr. Biden an approval over 90% and Republicans give Mr. Biden an approval rating at or below 12%, so it is the independents whose approval has gone from 61% to 34% that has "tanked" his ratings.
