Can’t really argue with the decision. The judge ruled the prison didn’t follow protocol for someone prone to self harm. I didn’t read it all, but they usually have notification lists for the inmates. Why weren’t family notified?
Interesting the family didn’t check in him for 2 months after he died.

Yeah, I can see 1.5 million as expected. I’d probably award 2-3 hundred K, but I’m not the judge.
