Yes. But then I never vote for a Democrat. When I was younger, I voted for the American Independent Party candidate.

I’m puzzled by the reason for this thread, but not puzzled by the answers thus far. Of course I would vote for John James, & I will, being a resident in his district. The wiki link is replete with wiki bias, stating there was no problem with election results, with James rightly claiming otherwise. What a joke.

Though I agree with some of the platform of James - there are issues that do cause me concern.

I will mention - I do not live in the same State/Commonwealth of James.

I have voted for democrats in the past - as a rare exception - and normally only in local elections.
And would do so again - if the occasion called for it.

Would I vote for a third party --- well, I have - but here in NY - it is a bit different.
I am a registered member Conservative Party - and since we have the fusion ballot -
I often (but not always) will vote for the Republican - but on Row C (Conservative Party)
and being on the County committee, I help decide who will be on the ballot.

Thanks for your reply. Please expound as to James, as per your OP. For some reason it strikes me as a bit of a witch hunt.

dont have time for the full reply - but this is NOT a wtich hunt - the purpose would be at what point can we no long support a candidate
or the old "I will vote for him - holding my nose"

From what I know about him, Yes. I just voted for Vernon Jones if that tells you anything.

You don't vote? As much as you gripe about all things politics, you don't vote?

Yes. That is why I rarely complain about politics.

"They" say we must vote. So I say "nope".

Issues, maybe. But not because they are political.

I oppose abortion because I believe it is murder, not because it is a political issue.

I would consider it. He looks and sounds good, but I’d have to know specifics of what he believes.

    peace to you

I knew a guy years ago that would ask anyone complaining about politics or politicians if they voted in the prior election. If they said “no” he would tell them they didn’t have a right to complain and refuse to talk to them.

It was kinda funny watching them attempt to engage in conversation and him shutting them off at every point.

    peace to you

I used to say that as well. But in reality it is a false argument.

I register to vote, but abstain from voting. That is actually a voice in politics.
