Biden drains oil reserves to sell to China & his other friends, it’s not for us/U.S.

What are the odds that nothing will happen to him, and all the morons who are enraged at the Jan 6 protesters won't care about an actual treasonous act?

Not saying I support his actions or that they are wise, but do they meet the Constitutional definition of treason? His actions may be many things but are they treasonous as the Constitution defines the crime?

Foolish, short-sighted, inept, unwise, inane, ignorant…
… but not treasonous.

This country appears to be directed by kids that majored in Public Relations and Women’s Studies.

If his goal is to save the “World”
1) greatly lower the use of fossil fuel… hence price increase is good
2) lower human population… therefore abortion is good
3) make people more dependent on the government … therefore increasing the uneducated population and more illegal immigrants

He thinks he’s doing a grand job…

The OP did not mention treason, however the definition of treason according to law could be argued under U.S.Code:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than 10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Problem is it's not actually treason. This falls into the category of Clinton's trade deal with China. Bad idea. Not treason.
Letting them have our nuclear, what was it W-80 war heads? To long ago to remember exactly

That's the American way, unfortunately. We made Al-Qaeda when we wanted them to fight the Soviets. We were essential to Castro's rise to power (and his move to communism).

Unfortunately we often make our own beds. But that's politics, isn't it.

Take a look at Article III, Sec. 3
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

This past April, the Biden admin sold 950,000 Strategic Petroleum Reserve barrels to a Chinese gas company that a private equity firm co-founded by HUNTER BIDEN owns a $1.7 billion stake in. #BidenCrimeFamily.

They are. Jeopardizing our national security while aiding an enemy is treason.

I believe that China still has Most Favored Nation trade status … making any argument that they are our “enemy” legally problematic. Just say no to the Kool-Aid and yes to rational arguments.

Bad trade deals are foolish.
Trade deals that financially benefit relatives of politicians making those deals may be “criminal”.
It is not “Treason” as defined in the Constitution (specifically to prevent the abuse of calling anything you don’t like “Treason”.)

Treason in the sense that it is only one more incident in the long line of other acts that has brought down the nation. Whether or not one considers intentionally destroying the nation an act of treason as opposed to trespassing I will leave to the judgement of the individual

I believe he has broken his oath taken January 20, 2021 and has levied war against that very oath and the citizens of these United States of America!

On Thursday’s broadcast of the Fox Business Network’s “Mornings with Maria,” Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) reacted to reports that some of the oil released from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve was exported to other countries, including China, by stating that the reserve is for emergencies, “not the personal energy slush fund of the president.” And now Biden has “drained it three times to try to get himself out of the crisis that his own policies have created. Now, that’s creating a new danger for us.”

Johnson stated, “No one can explain it. That headline is just — should make every American irate. The Strategic Petroleum Reserve, of course, is there to protect our country in the event of an unforeseeable event, like a terrorist attack, natural disaster, etc. It is not the personal energy slush fund of the president. And yet he’s done it now — he’s used it three times, drained it three times to try to get himself out of the crisis that his own policies have created. Now, that’s creating a new danger for us. Because now the Strategic Petroleum Reserve is drained. … So, he’s adding more peril to the American people and more pain at the pump. It’s ridiculous.”

It's almost like there is a plan to have some sort of disaster event, and therefore have a greater disaster by not having sufficient oil? Better stock up now on whatever it is you use frequently, I wouldn't be surprised if we have a major crisis within the next few months (or less).

He doesn’t think Rob… he does as he is told. Thinking assumes he has the mental capacity to reason and that requires brain cells and synapses a snapping… a process I believe has long since quit on the guy, rendering Brandan an inert pawn to those currently in control.
