Utter fiction!Utter fiction!
God makes His elect, those chosen and placed within Christ's spiritual body, alive together with Christ. But why are they chosen? See 2 Thessalonians 2:13, they are chosen through or by way of faith in the truth. So once again, yet another verse, out of many, clearly teach our faith must be credited as righteousness by God in order to gain access to His saving grace.
your sophomoric attempt to defend your position has proven nothing.
Like an insane person doing the same thing but expecting a different result, the denial that 2 Thessalonians 2:13 says we were chosen for salvation through faith in the truth. Anyone who can read know that is exactly what it says.Utter fiction!
2 Thessalonians :13. 'But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth.'
God's elect were chosen 'from the beginning' - that is from before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4) - 'for salvation.' Then, in time, that salvation was accomplished through the Holy Spirit setting them apart and opening their hearts so that they would believe the truth. There is nothing there about God vetting our faith so see if it comes up to standard. 'Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved!' (Acts 16:31). 'And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved' (Joel 2:32; Acts 2:21; Romans 10:13).

And next we get the suggesting because that verse does not mention crediting a persons faith, that God chooses people for salvation through uncredited faith. Utter fiction.
