Oh, no, not at all That has been determined at trial.

West will (or should be) allowed to bring in evidence of prior criminal behavior, medical conditions, drug use etc. My understanding is the autopsy showed high levels of drugs in his system, and also cardiovascular disease.

The truth is a defense against slander.

My point is, does this family really want to go through this. They certainly know the truth.
