Soon, bootleg skittles will be crossing the border. Law enforcement will be diverted from less important crimes, like riots, car jacking, mobs robbing stores, drug use etc, to stop this crisis.
Just let someone declare their home to be a skittles sanctuary and see how line before riot police close in.

I saw a story a few years ago where a left wing state legislature (Oregon?) banned laundry soap to save the environment and, sure enough, you started seeing stories about people buying laundry soap in a nearby state and being arrested for bootleg “Tide” laundry detergent.

This is my first time spending more a day in CA (I'm in LA.....well, currently in Anaheim at the most miserable place on earth).
I'm surprised at the people. Most I have talked to have a strong distaste for the California government. They are very friendly, although probably liberal, and I haven't even been mugged yet. It's nicer than NY city and Chicago, anyway.
I have been here a day and already have five lists of things to do from people wanting me to see their city.
(My cruise was canceled last minute as they were still updating the ship, everywhere in the Caribbean I considered was booked, so we just came to LA).
