Brand New Scientific Discovery

I have noticed that there has been a brand new scientific discovery in the past month or so - it gets hot during the summer months.

It’s true! It really does get hot during the summer months.

Now, I personally had already discovered this scientific fact way back when I was around 5 years old or so. I guess I must have been a child genius.

I do not think in Australia they call the winter months summer, but I could be wrong.

In the 1950"s I remember playing baseball (softball) in the summer and on a particular day, it was 110 degrees. (Long Beach California) Our coach told us to drink water every time we came off the field. The water at that park tasted terrible, but I tanked up and soaked by cap.

I am clearly not a genius, but from then on, I knew it could get "too hot" for outside activities in summer.
