1- Herrera shot at someone
2- Police started to chase Herrera
3- Police did NOT fire their weapons (including tasers)
4- Herrera - at the end of the foot pursuit committed suicide with his weapon

THEN Herrera's mom and some 20 others protested at the Public Safety building because they
believe the police are lying about the case.

The case, as required by State Law was reviewed by the State Attorney General.
The AG office found that Syracuse City Police were NOT at fault.

If they didn't believe the police, I am not surprised. Seems like no one believes anyone else in this country if they don't like what they have to say, even if it is over facts. Democrats don't believe Republicans, Republicans don't believe Democrats, the poor don't believe the rich, the rich don't believe the poor, etc., etc., etc., etc.
