Nothing for any foreign nation. Balance the budget before there is any more talk of any more U.S. dollars going to to any foreign country or entity.

The federal government has already spent $423 billion more than revenues in just the first 16 days of fiscal year 2023.

I really don't think that this profligacy can continue much longer. When dire financial straits hit the United States, the spigot will certainly have to be cut off to all foreign countries and entities.
