The first thing I do when I wake up is to look on my phone for the two verses of the day, read, and try to apply it.

The second thing I do is to look at the Baptist Board for any trolls or bots who registered during the night [or day, where it may be]. I check the IP address for any blacklisted ones and for multiple registrations of the same IP.

I got in from church earlier and checked again. There was an obvious one. I checked for multiple accounts. Sometimes I find two or even five!!

Tonight for the new bot registered, I saw there were 76 sock puppets!! It took me almost an hour to delete them all one-at-a-time. I'm worn out. And grouchy!

Sorry to bring it up but I am curious. What does a bot do on the BB? Are they posting? Do they do anything beside make accounts? What benefit do they think they are getting?

Yes, they do post sometimes. It's usually on a very, very old threads and they leave ads, links, and spam.
