I have never been in a church that has either a senior pastor or a worship leader. We do have somebody who accompanies the hymns on an organ, to make sure we all start on the same note and sing at the same speed. The idea of having somebody dressed as a Goth and covered in make-up to "lead"...

I don't think it's a matter of whether or not certain instruments are devilish, but why they are being played. If an instrument is being played to aid the congregation as it sings hymns, fine, but if any instrument is being played as part of a "performance" to be watched, listened too, clapped...

"H" is a strange initial letter. I can remember when British people used to say, "an hotel," whereas now, almost everybody says "a hotel." I just did a search, and found that the KJV used "a holy" 57 times, and "an holy" 40 times.

Yes. Every sin of every believer was laid on Him. If that were not so, the believer would have to pay the wages of sin him or her self. My church does not sing that particular song, but it sings hymns which express the same truth. Some examples: The hymn, "The Son of God, in mighty love"...

You seem to be suggesting that people who believe that God chose before the foundation of the world whom He would save, that His grace is irresistible, and so on, don't care about false teaching. That just is not so.

I agree. Peter included that little word "as" (well, the Greek equivalent). He certainly did not write: "One day is a thousand years and a thousand years is one day.": (2Pe 3:8 NKJV) But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand...

I think that must be only in the USA. Here in the UK, as far as I am aware, no church is "incorporated."
