The action is taken to keep the tempuature of the forum down to a livable level. That's not to say a given topic can not be continued in a new thread. It most certainly can.

It was well over three pages. Its last substantive posts was on 6\6 with me closing it on the 8th. The closing of a thread over 3 pages with no activity for 24 hours is SOP in the CvA forum. -
