    The health care overhaul will cost U.S. companies billions and make them more likely to drop prescription drug coverage for retirees because of a change in how the government subsidizes those benefits.

    ...analysts said as many as 2 million could lose the prescription drug coverage provided by their former employers, leaving them to enroll in Medicare's program.

    Medicare?

    Isn't that the program that was just cut by $500,000,000,000?

    my mom does have medicare, and she had to buy an insurance to help her pay for her medications, medicare no longe ris covering her meds, only doctor visits, and not hospital if she were to go.
