22. Have you filed your taxes now that the deadline has passed?

    Yep - Filed the federal a month or so ago and mailed the state on the 15th. We got back on federal and paid on the state so we figured we'd wait to pay until the end.

    Ours was done for us, about a week before the deadline. We overpaid, so it was applied to our estimated for next year (SS/Med).

    We don't get most credits. But then again, we don't pay taxes, either (so long as our income is under the $80,000/yr ceiling).

    No. I filed them 9 weeks before the deadline passed.

    My wife is a forensic accountant, so she handles those things. She has it done and in the mail on the first day.
