August 11: Obama claimed there were 46 million uninsured Americans.

September 9: Obama said there were 30 million.

Shouldn't he be celebrating that 16 million people "magically" are no longer uninsured Americans?

Or there's the other possibility...that he's making this crap up as he goes...
