A Misleading Narrative about the Unvaccinated

On the menu today: A new study finds that blacks and Hispanics remain less likely than their white counterparts to have received a vaccine, which complicates the convenient narrative that the COVID-19 pandemic continues because of stubborn, white, anti-vaccine Trump Republicans; CNN accuses Republicans of wanting to hurt children; Biden issues the weakest possible threat to the Taliban; and a hard lesson about the #MeToo movement.

There is a lot of misinformation out there. This all started with the DNC politicizing the virus. They really didn't have a platform. Now it remains political.

I don't know that it's anti-vacvine Trump Republicans that are the target. About 3 weeks ago (July 18, 2021) Trump came out and blamed Biden for people's mistrust of the vaccine. Also, Trump touted the vaccine as one of his greatest accomplishments. So I doubt that "anti-vacvine Trump Republicans" makes much sense.

One cannot be anti-vaccine and pro-Trump with any consistency.

I would argue one cannot be anti-vaccine and pro-Biden with any consistency either. He touted it as the "Trump vaccine", but then took credit for getting it out.
