a person like this should not be allowed to post on the BB spouting hearsey like this. under the old owner he would not be here, but that was then, when the bible and christianity mattered for something on this board.

Assuming that the child lives and the mother, too, I was thinking, by the time the child is 13 she will only be 24, him at 20 makes her only 31, and him at 30 makes her only 41. They'' be senior citizens just a few years apart.

On the bright side, they can help each other financially and educationally.
On the dim side, well......lotsa things...best left unspoken, I guess.

I once read of a women of 27 becoming a grandmother. She had a baby at 13 and her daughter had a baby at 14.

exactly, and they lose the moral authority to tell their children of chastity or of abstinence.

I'm sure this poor little girl and her family need lots of love and guidance. While the news didn't release the names, word will get out to neighbors, classmates and/or family. Hopefully, a church in the area will be able to reach out to them. I think in this case especially, it's wonderful that the girl (and/or her parents) chose life instead of abortion.
