    Ssshhhh. I've crept into the room here to point out something, and I don't want anybody up in the debate boards to know about it. So keep this quiet.

    Since the middle of December we have had exactly two threads on Calvinism/Free Will. Each lasted a couple of days and died out. I know this thing runs in cycles and before long they'll be back duking it out. But it surely has been relatively quiet. We are having quiet flurry of activity as the dispensationalists and the non-dispies rehash the end times for the umpteenth time.

    Even though the discussions have been lively, they have been quite civil. So far no one's salvation has been questioned and no one has been accused of heresy.

    I think we can take about two more days of this excessive niceness before somebody releases some pent-up put-downs.

    Too much Christmas egg nog has us pretty mellow.

    Remember, not a word to anybody about this.

    Thats' not exactly true. Some very mean statements were made. I had to report a post and part of it was deleted.

    With a dozen or more threads and around 1,300 posts, I guess I missed the mean ones. My eyes glazed over after a while.

    I think that it is the subliminal chorus "Come Bye YA" that plays during logging on to the boards. I can only hear it when I start to read post regarding KJV vs KNIV threads. :laugh: :laugh:
