Huff Po garbage reporting strikes again!

The first article was written in May. The headline:

Obamacare Doctor Shortage Predictions Were Overhyped

When you read the article instead of scanning the headline you see this:

A few cautioned that the full impact could be bigger because of the late surge of enrollees buying private plans in late March and April, whose coverage would just be taking effect in May, and the large numbers still awaiting Medicaid cards.

...more than a million who signed up [for Medicare] are waiting to get the cards that are their admission tickets to free or low-cost doctors’ visits. In California alone, 900,000 people are waiting for their cards because of backlogs.

That may account for why several health centers in California said they had seen no significant increase in new patients,

That article from May has a shoddy headline that does not reflect the true situation. Which is why the headline this week says:

Obamacare Impacts Primary Care Doctor Shortage

The really sad thing is the way obamacare has gotten patients on medicare the boot by their doctors. Others newly covered by medicare can't find a doctor to take them as a patient.

to add insult to injuryt, Obamacare was financed largely on the backs of the elderly.

We have some members of our church who belong to a group home for adults. They all have various disabilities. The group home brings them to church every week.

Anyway they have had their medicare cut so now the home is reaching out and asking for donations to make up for the loss in income.
