I am off the board for a week or so and this is the best that you can offer. The usurpation of my phrase was a great touch.

Bottom line: you have not addressed any point I have made. The link I offered from John Dean discusses the point you make, and you didn't make any attempt to address any of the other links I have provided.

But I wouldn't expect anything less.........
